We lost a third well-known wrestler on Thursday:

Michael Lockwood, who performeed in WWE as Crash Holly, was found dead in his room Thursday. The exact cause of death isn't yet known, and I don't want to speculate... but he was only 32-33. I'm 36 now. This is a really sad loss.

Well. that was much better... it felt like Vince got less involved in booking and editing tonight's Smackdown!. Of course, watch next week's show become a suck-fest again...

The addition of A-Train to the SD! Survivor match is like Mark Henry on the RAW side; he doesn't add anything to the match.

One thing that made this show better (at least for me): less Vince McMahon! Yeah, he got his near 10 minute promo, and a lot of video face-time, but overall the show was devoid of his presence.

Nathan Jones didn't suck as bad in the ring. True, he's still limited in his big man brawling style, but he was no worse in the rimnng than Matt Morgan. Neither were very flashy, but I don't think they had to be.
