Talks with Kevin Nash to bring him to the WWF in January of 2002 (once his contract is over with Times Warner/AOL) are reported to be taking very positive shape.

If they do indeed get him and Scott Hall as rumored, I can only hope it's for a final farewell run, one very soon ended. Both are getting far to aged and out-of-shape to perform as they used to.

... Mind you, there's still a rumor about Hulk Hogan returning for a final farewell run also - and how long have fans been begging him to retire now?

Well, RAW definitely began immediately with the name change out of respect. The second hour was indeed called "Rawzone".

What I'm more curious about: the logic has been to give each hour a separate name for syndication in hour-long packages... but does anyone know of a channel that actually does this? I'm not aware of any!

Also, Christian allying himself with X-Pac? Granted, that cements his heel heat with fans (not that he needed it)... but using X-Pac to get over is career suicide. Just ask Justin Credible...

I'm also surprised that they turned Molly so quickly. It would have had more emotional impact if they waited.

Say what you will about Vince McMahon, but he showed a lot of class and sensitivity to New York after the WTC tragedy.

Not only was WWF New York offered as a safe haven for rescue workers... announcements have come out about RAW dropping the "is WAR" part of the name, and the January Armageddon PPV has been renamed - both out of respect for New York City.
