Well, it's official now... with Ric Flair tearing up the sale contract for his stocks, the nWo is coming... no surprise there, considering that a) they're already signed, and b) this whole rigmarole wouldn't have been run otherwise.

I've been reading many newssheets, gossip columns and such lately... between them all, there has to be a kernel of truth!

If different sources hold any truth, McMahon had the first promo video for the nWo shot and ready for viewing - but only fans with access to the satellite feed saw it. The video we did get to see was good, though - and it showed Hogan, Hall and Nash briefly, so we still saw them without them being physically present.

Rumors have them debuting after Wrestlemania, but we'll see. No matter what, fans will still likely boo Hulk Hogan so much, they'll probably be happy to see X-Pac instead.

I watched Heat, and the skit for Val Venis...

Granted, he's copying all of Rick Rude's old spots (his whole audience member bit is a riff off the Rude Awakening) - but something else came to mind: the time taken.

If he ends up doing this before every match, then the intro may end up longer than the actual bout!

I didn't post on schedule about the past Smackdown!. Sorry about that.

It was a pretty decent show. 8 matches - far better than RAW, especially seeing how the matches were longer... and better yet, we had another loss for the Rock!

(Granted, it was a tainted loss, but I'm happy with whatever we get.)

Only negatives: 1) Bossman was in a match, and 2) this was the start of the nWo 'invasion'.
