Two sad days in history passed by last week: May 18th was the first anniversary of Davey Boy Smith's death, and Friday the 24th marked the fourth anniversary of the death of Owen Hart.

I normally would have shared some memories of the King of Harts on that day. It horrifies me that I let it pass by like that.

I'll always remember Davey Boy for the British Bulldogs, for his SummerSlam IC title win at Wembley Stadium in his home country, and for his fantastic match on RAW with Shawn Michaels several years ago, at a time when his career seemed at a possible stall.

I also remember a tag team match with him and Owen versus a team I don't remember right now at a house show here in Montreal. He ended up in a spot mooning the auditorium; I later told my friend we should make a "Buns of Steel" sign for the next time we saw him.

Owen... I've heard so many fantastic stories about him, seen so many great matches that it's hard to single out one event. He always brought a smile to peoples' faces both in and out of the ring. From everything I've read he was one of the most loved people in the industry.

On the WWE Website, Tom Pritchard says he's marked those two dates down in his calendar so he won't forget them. I think I'll be doing the same thing.
